Our structure is designed to align with the two phases of the funding process.
First, Savvy Capital charges an upfront strategy and access fee between $20,000–$50,000. This covers the comprehensive work required to run your investor outreach campaign.
Then, for clients who opt to work with our partner Zastre and Co. to close their transaction, a separate success-based percentage is charged by them upon a successful close:
3–7% on equity deals
1–3% on debt deals
This ensures our interests are always aligned with yours.
